The seventy-mile rule
We work a seventy-mile radius out of Gratis, Ohio. That covers six counties across the southwest corner of the state, from Miami County in the north down through Butler County, and from Preble County on the Indiana line east into Greene and Warren.
Within that area we are genuinely local. We know the building departments, we know which supply houses actually stock what they claim to, and we can be on any site inside the radius the same morning. Outside it, we would be a contractor with a long commute, which serves nobody well.
